Carnaval is a living, breathing, entity. The “Jarochos” (people who live in Veracruz) prepare for it all year. The Veracruz Carnaval is regarded as the best Carnaval between New Orleans and Rio de Janeiro. Words cannot describe it, so I took a lot of pictures and video. The videos are here.
