Glad to hear that you are back safe and mostly sound. We are just coasting here in Thailand. Maybe you need to go back to work to get a little rest. Just reading your struggles left me all worn out some times. All that exercise, espesially the altitude stretches should have put you in pretty good physical shape.

Hello Mark,
It’s Erin. I was the one who visited you in the hospital with Gloria and Paola and was staying upstairs while you were in Xela. Gloria wanted me to write you and tell you that your bike and other belongings were being very well taken care of. She is watching them closely and told me to let you know that you should take your time and heal completely before going back to claim your belongings and continue your journey. I am back in the States now and missing the family like crazy, but get well soon and give my regards to them all when you see them!
